These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brighten mobile application (the "App") provided by Inndea Technologies ("Inndea," "we," "us").

By downloading or using Brighten, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use the App.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Brighten for personal or internal productivity use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful activity.
• Interfere with the App's operation or security.
• Reverse engineer the App except where allowed by law.
• Misuse feedback or support channels.

4. User Content

You are responsible for content you enter into the App (for example tasks, notes, reminders, and profile data) and for maintaining backups where needed.

5. Privacy

Your use of Brighten is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party platform features (for example Apple/Google notification or speech services, and your email app for feedback). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Brighten is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inndea will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inndea from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
